I’m afraid I can’t give you many addresses, but since you haven’t had any other answers, I can at least head you in the right direction…
Table football in spanish is called “futbolín”, and you will find the tables in many bars, cafes and cafeterias all over the country. Just keep your eyes open and look for the places. If you are staying at a hotel you can ask at the reception desk for the one nearest.

Oddly enough, it’s an irish pub. It’s located a few blocks off Calle Bravo Murillo, which is a main avenue.
As I said before, you will find plenty of places once you are in Madrid.
