How do I disassemble a foosball table?

The table was assembled improperly with some of the men are on the wrong poles. I need to remove the men ( I assume I have to remove the poles to do this) and put them on the right poles without tearing the whole thing apart. Having never put one of these things together, I'm at a loss.
