How can I play foosball on the Sims 2 for PS2?

Okay point is, where can I buy the foosball table? What area of the catelog is it in?

It should be in either surfaces/tables or misc., I haven’t really played this game in a while and can’t remember. It’s an unlockable item, so make sure you have enough aspiration points to unlock it.
