Oh HGTV recently I saw a couple with a huge rectangle living room. Really it was 18 or 20 by maybe 35 to 40 feet. Obscene in size. They added a wall to make a separate media room.
Plus a living room and dining room.
You could divide it into two rooms with a wall.
A game and play room and a separate media room.

Number one, the first thing you need in order to save space
(which you’ll need to accommodate your plan) is a Television Lift.
These are devices that contain your TV while not in use, and then when your need it press a button and up it comes out of a cabinet.
They really are great. Especially since they keep the TV out of view and this can help your children to not be so drawn to watch it, as children often are. Out of sight out of mind.
Check ebay for some deals. Or if your really interested
I can help you. Just email me. We custom build LCD and Plasma TV lifts and cabinets.

go to the hgtv.com website. in the search bar type in room planner. go from there its the coolest way to plan a room. ive used for three bedrooms and a living room. you can change the measurements of the room and furniture you put in it, also they pry dont have a foosball table, so improvise. use a table and just change the measurements. good luck
